Welcome to the LinkAGE web site. The LinkAGE Project has developed the Canterbury District Health's Board's response to the Health of Older People Strategy, the Positive Ageing Strategy and other key strategies and policies relating to older person's health.A strategy and action plan for implementing the integrated continuum of care have been developed and an implementation steering group has been set up.
