Kathleen provides:

• Secretarial assistance and liaison with Consultants, RMOs and the Senior Nursing Team.
• Assists with rostering of RMOs and distribution of rosters
• Answers general enquiries from staff
• Arranges meetings and take minutes
• Computer work consists of MS Word, Excel, PMS and gathering statistics
• Coordinates and types patient complaints and police reports
• Coordinates computer training and orientation for new intakes of RMOs
• Plus many varied and interesting tasks to assist in the smooth running of the department
