Wheelchair hoist van

A van is available for hire by patients / families for use within the Christchurch area. It can seat 5 passengers, 2 wheelchairs and the driver. Hire is subject to conditions. Contact for further information.

Local shopping areas

There is a small block of shops on the corner of Mairehau and Burwood Roads, which contain a Dairy, Bakery, Beauty & Hair Salon, Bike Shop, Dry Cleaning, Fish & Chip shops, etc. There is also a larger shopping mall within 15 minutes drive called The Palms www.thepalms.co.nz
