Using this site without a mouse
This site can be used without a mouse. On all pages there are standard shortcut keys which will take you to commonly used pages such as the home page and the search page.
To use these shortcut keys, hold down the ALT key (Microsoft PC) or CONTROL key (Apple/Macintosh) and then one of the keys as in the table below.

Page load times
We have been careful in designing this site to ensure that most pages are short and that they will load quickly for most visitors. Information is generally available in HTML format, with PDF and Word provided as alternatives where this is appropriate. Most pages are less than 20K and should load under 10 seconds.
